WHAT YOU CAN EAT IN A DAY WHEN WORKING FROM HOME


There's no refuting that all our lives have been turned upside down by recent occasions. The majority of human beings hate change - especially when it's thrust upon us with little warning, and it affects our daily routines. 

My reaction? Little freakout, mass acquisition of fitness center devices, creating a brand-new plan, engaging a PT, and trying to be a lot more structured with functioning hours. I have some distance between play and work. It's difficult, peeps, as well as I, 'm spending plenty of time snacking and after I understood they weren’t needed. So, here is the truth regarding a normal day working from home and also my diet:

Breakfast: 40g rolled oats, 100g greek yogurt, 25g healthy protein powder - topped with 40g berries, 15g almonds.

Snacks 1: Protein bar + Barista Almond Cappucino.

Lunch: 3 pre-boiled eggs, shredded iceberg, tomatoes, cucumber, roasted pumpkin, coconut amino, sea salt.

Snack 2: 100g greek yogurt, 2 tsp nut butter, 1 bag youngsters lightly salted popcorn.

Snack 3: Almond milk sugar-free warm chocolate.

Supper: 140g poached poultry/ 120g fillet salmon/ 150g tofu + steamed eco-friendlies/ salad.

Dessert: Few dices of watermelon + Almond milk sugar-free hot chocolate.
